Bio: Catti-Brie is a kind, tolerant, and pragmatic warrior. She has spent much of her life adventuring with the legendary Companions of the Hall, accompanying Drizzt Do'Urden, Bruenor Battlehammer, Regis, and Wulfgar on numerous escapades. As the moral compass of the group, Catti-Brie helps guide Drizzt and Wulfgar into wise action through common sense and clear insight. She wields the legendary bow Taulmaril, which shoots silver arrows.

Ultimate: Empty the Quiver - Catti-brie shoots six arrows at once from her bow, hitting all enemies along the arrows' paths. Each enemy hit by her arrows have a higher chance of being crit and take more crit damage based on Catti-brie's crit chance and damage for 30 seconds.
- Base Ultimate Cooldown Time: 340 seconds
Gaar's Note: Her Ultimate now adds her Crit Chance to any attack on an enemy hit by it, potentially giving others guaranteed chances to Crit Hit the enemies.

Critical Hit: Catti-brie's base chance to Critical Hit is 20%
##Interesting Abilities
Powerful Draw: Catti-brie deals additional damage to enemies the farther they are from the formation, from 0% bonus at 20% away from the formation to 1,000% bonus at the spawn point.
- No upgrades
Gaar's Note: This means on hard bosses you may want someone in the formation that can knock the enemy all the way back to the spawn area to max her damage when she's the DPS.
Mark for Death: Enemies hit by Catti-brie's arrows are Marked and take additional damage equal to Catti-brie's critical hit damage bonus until the enemy is defeated.
- 3.27e06% after upgrades; Supported by an Item & a Feat
Gaar's Note: With a line-based AoE basic attack, she'll be Marking lots of enemies making this a great bonus.
Grievous Wounds: When an enemy that is Marked is critically hit by any Champion, they are stunned for 5 seconds and the damage bonus of their Mark is increased by 100%. This effect can only occur every 10 seconds, and the damage bonus increase can stack multiplicatively up to 10 times.
- No upgrades
Gaar's Note: Again her new base attack is gonna help this ramp up quickly.
Push Forward: Catti-brie increases the damage of herself and all Champions in front of her in the formation by 50% each time she gets a critical hit, stacking multiplicatively up to 25 times and resetting when she changes areas.
- 1.61e08% at 25 stacks after upgrades; Supported by an Item & Feats
Gaar's Note: Multiplicatively-stacking is the good way and since she can get guaranteed crits with her item support, this will stack quickly giving you a consistent damage bonus.
Mark of the Hall: Your formation gains one Mithral Hall stack. Catti-brie increases the damage bonus of Mark for Death by 100% for each Mithral Hall stack you have, stacking multiplicatively.
- No upgrades; Supported by Feats
Gaar's Note: Lots of Companions make this ramp up nicely, but you can also just toss in her Feats and get a decent buff as well.
Global DPS Buff: 9.33e06%
##Specializations
Piercing Arrow: Catti-brie's damage is increased by 400% and her arrows hit all enemies on their way to their target. Each enemy hit has a separate chance of being a critical hit.*
Gaar's Note: This is her new DPS spec as it gives her more damage and more waveclear. It could also as a Support spec to just Mark more enemies if you wanted.
Big Push: Increases the base effect of Push Forward to 60% per stack and Catti-brie only loses half of her existing stacks when changing areas instead of all of them.
Gaar's Note: This is her solid general Support spec.
Critical Family: Additively increases the critical hit chance of all Companions of the Hall Champions by 20%
Gaar's Note: This is for a high-crit Companions formation or just to make Catti-brie crit more often.

#Formation & Mission Information
In a Time Gate, you will be given two basic adventures and one variant to complete, along with being granted access to Free Plays. They all use a formation that holds 10 Champions. They have a Champ-specific format that I've done my best to re-create below.

New Player Formation & Specializations:
While I recommend learning to build your own formations, here's a set of starter formations for brand new players to use while they get the hang of things. Anyone with other options should check that link for how to figure out how to make the best of them. You can also ask for help in the #formations channel in the official Discord.

This formation is for the first couple of runs where you're just not going to get enough Gold to get everyone on the field, let alone level people up into their power curves. At this point, Jarlaxle is focusing on being your Primary DPS while everyone else is set up to support him.
The following formation is for once your Hitch starts doing more damage than your Jarlaxle. You can find this out by pulling Asharra out of the formation and swapping Jarlaxle and Hitch around to see whose damage is better. If Hitch is higher, next run change Asharra's Spec to buff Hitch instead.

This formation should get you through the Time Gate as a new player. If you have other options or think a different DPS is geared better, try it out and see what happens! Swapping DPS around like this can help you figure out what works best for you with your specific items.
These are the rough Favor values you need to reach to make a Variant say Difficulty: Easy. Keep in mind that this is just a generic rating system and some Variants may be harder than others, even with Favor in this range.

The area goals go up by 50 each time you select a specific Champion's Time Gate and then go down by 25 each time you select someone else's. This encourages you to do Time Gates for different Champions, potentially in a rotation, rather than just grinding the same Champion's Time Gate over and over.
Once you've done the first two missions, you then have to complete the variant the Time Gate gave you. If you've never done any of them, you'll get one at random. If you've done one, you'll get one of the other two you haven't done before. If you've done two of them before, you're guaranteed to get the one you haven't done. If you've done all three before, you get one at random.
##First Variant Option: The Wolves in the Woods
Complete: Area 75
Reward: Gold Catti-brie Chest & whatever Mystra's Favor you earned
Info: Werewolves randomly spawn and attack the party, each with special abilities. Catti-brie's silver arrows deal double damage/hits to these creatures.
Gaar's Notes: If you use Minsc, choose Humanoid focus as that's what the werewolves are and they're in almost every level. Despite Catti-Brie's damage bonus on this variant, she's less than ideal since she primarily attacks the farthest target letting the Speedy and Strong Werewolves get to her tank far too often.
- Strong Werewolf - Health segments Champions remove one hit at a time; heals when it attacks
- Speedy Werewolf - Runs super fast at the party
- Terrifying Werewolf - Turns off all of a Champion's abilities
##Second Variant Option: Critter Companions
Complete: Area 125
Reward: Gold Catti-brie Chest & whatever Mystra's Favor you earned
Info: Two forest critters take up slots in the formation, increasing the damage of adjacent Champions by 400% moving around every 25 areas.
Gaar's Notes: Your forest friends provide a buff to adjacent Champions called Companionship that gives a 400% boost to their damage. Utilize it as best you can and think outside the box with the Champions you use.
Ignore the Champs I'm using here as this was from the first year and may not be valid anymore. Just note the location of the rotating forest friends.
##Third Variant Option: Catti-alone
Complete: Area 175
Reward: Gold Catti-brie Chest & whatever Mystra's Favor you earned
Info: Catti-brie is the only Champion available for this mission. Her damage increases by 40% per area, stacking multiplicatively, her attack speed is greatly increased, and her Ultimate ability cooldown is reduced to 10 seconds.
Gaar's Notes: This variant was created when Champions all got health as they leveled up. That is no longer the case, so it's very important that you go into this with a solid amount of Favor (e09-e10+) so you're killing with each attack.
Potions can be key to getting through this. Potions of Clairvoyance can help you earn more Gold to level up more often, which is a big deal when you only have one Champion. Having Potions of Heroism to give yourself some health is a great idea, as is using Potions of Fire Breath to kill based on the BUD Catti is setting. Potions of Giant Strength can help a little, but I would sit on them for if you're close to finishing and just need a little boost.
Finally, your Ultimate is incredible here and should be used on cooldown. I park a Familiar on it. It's also good for clearing out barricades if enemies stack up behind them. Making sure your Spec Choice is In The Zone helps too as you may end up with only crits killing things depending on your Favor.

Complete all three variants of the "The Grandfather Acorn (Catti-brie)" adventure. (This achievement can be earned via Time Gates.)
Equipment of the Hall - 1%
Obtain a piece of gear for each of Catti-brie's six equipment slots. (Event Champ gear does not come from regular Silver/Gold Chests. You can earn Event Champ gear from their specific Event Chests, Time Gates, qualifying Patron Chests, and other Chests as noted.)
Marathon - 1%
Complete area 175 in any "The Grandfather Acorn" free play. (This achievement can only be earned during the The Running Event, but it can be earned in any Champion's free play.)
Critical Streak - 1%
Get 5 critical hits in a row with Catti-Brie.
Gaar's Notes: This is pure RNG until you get over 100% crit chance via item levels.
