The saga of my completely unreasonable downstairs neighbour continues.

I've reached a point where I despise downstairs neighbours because of this individual. This is a continuation of a story I have posted before if you want to read the entire thing. here and here. TL;DR, I have received noise complaints for just existing.

I have made every. possible. adjustment. I tip toe around. I've laid a carpet under my chair. I don't play anything out loud or on a speaker at any hour, ever. everything through earphones. I don't speak to anyone over the phone after 8pm, don't run the faucet after 8pm, I don't cook after 8pm and have stopped using my air fryer completely . Once quiet hours start I've even stopped flushing the fucking toilet. I do literally fuck all because of this person. The building's management has already threatened me with penalties so this isn't just an annoyance, it's an actual threat to my finances.

I had my showerhead run over the floor accidentally and *immediately* heard my downstairs neighbour screaming to security about "that woman" (me) causing leaks in their apartment. Besides the fact that I've never met this neighbour and I have zero clue how he knows I'm a woman, I was also informed that I'm moving furniture or adjusting stuff and it's making noise, before quiet hours even started.

I have absolutely zero idea what this person is hearing because I haven't touched my furniture or dragged anything at all since the day I moved in. My only mobile piece of furniture, my chair, is on a carpet and even then I move it as carefully as humanly possible. I can hear neighbours drag chairs/thump/walk etc throughout the day and night because, news flash fuckface, it's an apartment building not a 5 star luxury hotel. legitimately, the loudest sounds that come from me are when I take a shower, and when I open my fridge door.

I'm venting here because if I don't, I'm going to send the most scathing, rancid, unprofessional email to management. I just had to delete a paragraph advising said neighbour to get checked for schizophrenia because he's hearing shit. I'm still considering keeping in the part where I mention that it's unavoidable for me to be more silent than I currently am because I haven't learned to fucking levitate yet. I don't want to get my other neighbours into shit either for like, just fucking living in this poorly insulated building,

I'm extremely conflict averse, I take anxiety medication. I do everything possible to accommodate these fucks, only for them to hallucinate noise. I'm definitely sending an email to management before I get penalised.
