Round 14: Chloe Sampson (Jupiter's Legecy) [Side Note - Scale her far above her father]

Round 15: Metro Man [1] (Megamind) [Side Note - Scale him far above all of Megamind's gadgets + Scale a casual Metro Man 100x above Tighten while a serious Metro Man 1,000x above Tighten without taking his "Super Speed" into account, which is a separate power not connected to his regular speed]

Round 16: Superman (The DCU)

Bonus Round: Would Cosmic Garou, before he copied Saitama and without the ability to copy more abilities, be able to defeat each of the heroes above if he fought them all at once?
