A Case Study in the Hypocrisy of the Haddaadiyyah: abul_miswar_zayd

--( بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله )--

Grammatical Instability and the Failure of "Academic Presentation"

Apart from the persistent grammatical instability, recurring structural problems, and writing that is unusually laborious to read from someone presenting himself as "academically" capable of extracting "knowledge", the writing also struggles to communicate an argument with the precision and objectivity normally expected of scholarly literature. The underdeveloped writing leads any objective person to not take this person seriously.

Refutations Ignored While Tangential Matters Receive Attention

Rather, this has been a recurring whim among people who took upon themselves the scholarly task of refutations, yet failed to follow contemporary scholarly precedent. My previous refutations against this person were never addressed, and he argued that my writings don't deserve any attention, yet he contradicted himself by focusing on tangential matters in my comments. Skin color and other meaningless points were given much more attention than objective arguments, but he writes and writes while never reading any of our responses and articles.

The Hypocrisy in Their Method

Any sincere and objective person will realize the hypocrisy: we, especially as students of knowledge, would read the misguided people's writings and concede to points that were correctly attributed. However, we would also highlight the dishonesty in their own inferences, and we would present the scholars' own clarifications and refutations rather than get ahead of ourselves.

Yet our opponents refuse to engage with what we have written and instead disparage us. Even worse, they declare us to be polytheists based on essentially unfounded allegations, while writing numerous irrelevant posts and comments that essentially have no contemporary precedent in the manner in which these matters were addressed.

Adolescents Writing Without Accountability

It essentially boils down to adolescents who spend time online unsupervised, writing in secrecy away from their parents. Were their dearest mothers or fathers to see how their children spend their time on the internet, they would discipline their children, ground them, and take their devices away from them.

The "Most Intellectual" Arguments Presented

And what would appear to be the most intellectual arguments, the highly sophisticated and complex refutations that supposedly shook the foundations of my arguments? The following writings from u/abul_miswar_zayd:

u/Extension_Brick6806

The beginning of what you write is projection that indicates how terribly you need professional help Please stop tagging me or trying to speak to me as I am not gay and I understand your preferences and will not hurt you for them but you have to respect my boundaries and stop trying to tease me or whatever

The only Rafidhi is you and the only boy/man you can seduce is someone who admires Suyuti and that isn't me

Also I understand how your lusts may get fiery which is why you choose to speak on every little thing I do out of adoration but please show some respect to gay persons and speak to u/wild_extra_dip in a debate as he requested or else you're being a disgrace to the LmodaGanBT community

Irony aside, the last sentence is quite revealing...

When someone tells another person, "you are a disgrace of this community", the disgrace is being attributed to the person in relation to that community. The natural implication is that the community itself possesses some standing, dignity, or reputation that the person has supposedly failed to represent. In other words, his sentence does not communicate that the x community itself is a disgrace. It communicates that I am supposedly a disgrace to the x community precisely because of the purity of my fitrah and the Islamic morality that I uphold.

Where does this mockery remind us of? Yes, abul_miswar_zayd inadvertently argued exactly as Qawm Luut did.

Allah said about the people of Luut:

وَمَا كَانَ جَوَابَ قَوْمِهِ إِلَّا أَن قَالُوا أَخْرِجُوهُم مِّن قَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُمْ أُنَاسٌ يَتَطَهَّرُونَ

"And the only response of his people was to say, 'Expel them from your town! Indeed, they are people who keep themselves pure.'" (Al-A'raaf 7:82)

Imam ibn Jareer at-Tabari transmitted from the Salaf, among them Qataadah, who said:

"They faulted them for something that was no fault, and condemned them for something that deserved no condemnation."

Where does this kind of exposé remind us of? Their so-called "shaykh", namely Muhammad ibn Shams, who, when challenging the mashaayikh to mubaahalah, recited:

... فَأَجْمِعُوا كَيْدَكُمْ ثُمَّ ائْتُوا صَفًّا

"So gather together your plot, then come forward in a row..." (Ta-Ha 20:64)

And in whose camp, and according to one early report on whose tongue, do we find these words? Fir'awn himself, addressing his magicians in their confrontation with Musa (peace be upon him).

So, in his attempt to challenge others to mubaahalah, ibn Shams inadvertently echoed the very wording attributed in that early report to Fir'awn himself.

When Proof Fails, They Attack the People of Sunnah

The post history of this dude is itself a testament to his vileness. He claims to defend the beliefs of the Salaf, yet he opposes them in both principle and conduct.

Harb al-Kirmani said, in what he transmitted regarding the creed of the imams of knowledge, the people of Athar, and Ahlus-Sunnah who are known by it: "The people of desires, innovations, and opposition have introduced ugly and vile names, by which they named Ahlus-Sunnah, intending thereby to fault them, attack them, speak ill of them, and degrade them before the foolish and ignorant."
