Without available analysis of survey questionnaires and testimonies, it is perplexing why people are being targeted. Especially to nonTIs.

I will update this after reading more blogs. Not all TIs are attacked by DEWs. TIs who are attacked by DEWs have the initial D. An 'A' after the D indicates suspected assassination by DEW.

All post 2000 TIs are continuously hacked and cyberstalked. TIs who predate internet could not have been hacked. All TIs I listed below are being hacked and cyberstalked unless otherwise indicated.

The older term gang stalking was replaced by the term organized stalking. The age of the internet brought hacking and cyberstalking. In 2010 - 2011, organized stalking evolved to other forms of electronic stalking: satellite surveillance, networked privately owned and publically owned CCTVs live feed to Fusion Centers and shared with corporations, privately owned and publically owned automatic license plate readers, embedded cameras by manufacturers of smart TVs, geolocating RFID, NFC, MAC address of wifi devices, etc. Post 2010, low value targets are not physically stalked by perpetrators unless they attempt to elude. Organized stalking of high value targets persists.
