Yup, they're all shouting "you ruined the game for the other 9". Sure I ruined it for the naga by killing her, but the entirety of my team thought it was funny and the DK on their team was a great sport, helping me bait in the naga, etc while we chatted in all chat.

Okay just so everyone knows, this match was not actually the international 5 final.
We probably don't need to be angry at someone having fun in a video game, in low priority, wherein someone had abandoned so anyone who was annoyed enough could leave at any time.

I guess he plays FPSs more. His hotkeys are AWD for skills and S for ulti I guess. The Q and E are common keys for FPS players too.

My favorite part of this: Mangos do not stack. That is a lot of mangos. He had to courier multiple mangos out.

I bought a hell of a lot of mangoes. Puck, etc would actually cancel their courier usage to prioritise the "mango delivery service" as we dubbed it.
It was a lot of fun, and some mangoes were lost/destroyed by the enemy team. Some allies even tried to steal them.

It is a legit strat, but not when you are going to stay afk 99% of the time just planting mines, and getting creep xp once every couple minutes just to not get an abandon.
That is solely because he is just playing wrong.
I max suicide over mines usually, so that I'm more useful in ganks. Unless the game requires mines for some reason

Ah so he made it 11 minutes after the screenshot was taken without gaining a level. That's almost impressive.
The level is kinda irrelevant though..
On the level of the average dota player, the sheer terror of having techis out there and having to waste gold on detection constantly is extremely annoying.
Techis is... well, a terrorist. At level 8 he did more than enough for his team to pull out the W.
Except the low level indicates low participation in fights and involvement with the game. A naga abandons 12 minutes in and this guy, 31 minutes later is still a lower level.
This impacts his mines (level 1 ulti and level 3 mines are not that scary come 40 minutes in)
His team won 4 vs 4 with an anchor that was techies. You cant justify bad play and just pin it on the hero. Level 8 is laughably bad. Compared to his team, level 14 is a bad techies game. Level 8 is worth reporting for delaying the win.

And this kind of people then complain why the game counts them as an abandon.

6 WHOLE MINUTES without a SINGLE point of xp. I still don't understand how someone can play dota like that. Not killing a single creep or being part of a single kill for 6 entire minutes.
I did absolutely nothing except guard roshan with my mango store. It was all random and I hate the hero so thought I might have some fun with it.
Youre the worst kind of player. You're the player that ruins the game for everyone else. I don't understand why people queue for All Random or SD when they dislike playing heroes or don't know how to play them...
It just ruins the game for 9 other people and AR is usually the best queue to play in.
Please don't queue for AR again if you're going to do stuff like this.

I love AR. It's my most played game mode and i have over 2000 matches. I don't know how to play every single hero but if I get someone im not familiar with I sure as hell give it my all. The mode is about learning to play everything in possibly fucked up situations to me. Not trying is inexcusable.

My team enjoyed it and we'd laugh as whenever they passed i'd fill puck's mana up to full and when the enemy team pushed our mid I came back and helped stall the enemy long enough for drow to rat the ancient. It was a game and my team and the DK on theirs had fun. I understand that some people live and breath dota like you do and that you forget it's just a game sometimes but not every player does.
I think it's fine as long everyone is on board with it, if not, please don't!! =)
