###When does the game reset every day?

Everything but Timeline Battle & Battle World resets daily. Check your time zone by u/spedwards

###What is ISO-8, Gear, Skills, Mastery, Rank, Best Condition, Type Effect, and Custom Gear?

Go to your Team screen and select Levelup Guide to access a nice concise overview of everything

###Where are all the uniforms I want to buy??

Age of Ultron Uniforms & Antman Uniforms have been available for purchase since launching. Secret Wars & 4th of July uniforms were limited time only.

Until they decide to bring them back for events (and they will) they will be "grayed" out in the uniform section of the shop. You can still select them for previews this way. This is why the crystals spent on uniforms are considered such a good investment.

###Is my Character Energy or Physical attack?

Go to your main character info screen and there will be 3 stats shown on the left side. The top stat shown is your primary ATTACK STAT, physical or energy. Picture reference. Try not to overthink this, it really is that simple. You are physical attack or energy attack and it's the only stat that matters for that character.

###HOT TOPIC!! - How do my stats affect the damage types mentioned in skill descriptions?

All skills in the game that deal damage will say "Attack type %ratio Damage type." Attack type is the stat that is used. It will always be one stat for all of the skills for any given character, either physical or energy. Always. Just one. Always. So if it says "Energy Attack %ratio Damage type" you build that character for energy attack. Damage type is unaffected by your own stats, it's the determining factor for how much damage an enemy takes. Damage type takes enemy defense stats and resistances into consideration.

Ronan, for example: Energy attack is his attack type/stat. He has physical damage skills. It uses his energy attack stat for damage calculations regardless, just as his energy damage skills do. Picture reference

###HOT TOPIC!! - What stats should I have on my 1st gear? Physical? Energy? Or All attack?

If your character is a physical attack based character then you stack physical and/or all attack. Both do the exact same thing. If your character is an energy attack based character then you stack energy and/or all attack. Both do the exact same thing.

Whats the point of the all attack? Well it covers both damage stats so you can stop spending gold re-rolling when you land on it. The all attack stat is just another part of the RNG game we all play in upgrading gear/ISO/etc...Simple right?

###Tell me more about ISO-8?

Upgrading and selecting your ISO sets is endgame character customization. By choosing a set and placing the correct ISO’s you will enable set bonuses such as attack on proc, heal on proc, dodge on proc, etc... If you are a new player it is widely considered better to wait until 5* or later to worry about dumping gold into this. Just put the correct colors in to enable your bonus and wait till level 40 to roll for a better set (pay 10k per chance for another ISO set). ###Enhancing and Combining ISO-8

Every time you enhance an ISO to +5 you may combine it together to create a higher ranked ISO. You need two of the same color at +5 to combine them. When ISO combines it rerolls (RNG!) the stats and depending on the color you will get different results. Chaotic ISO in particular can randomly change stats every rank up. There is no magic formula to make this work for you. It is simply RNG and it is not worth removing them (costs crystals) unless it is 5-6*.

###Who is the best character?

There is no one universally agreed upon "best" character but there are characters that are widely considered leagues above the rest. Generally any character you max out is going to be a lot of fun and can clear all/most content. Some of the top tier characters you will often hear about in no particular order are: Giant Man (GM), Yellow Jacket (YJ), Vision (UniVision), Green Goblin (GG), Black Panther (BP), Spider Man (SM), Throot (Groot + Uniform), Venom (Uniformed), War Machine (WM), Iron Man (IM, Uniformed), Ultron (Uniformed), Sister Grimm (SG), Ronan (leadership), Wasp (leadership), King Pin (Uniformed), Captain America (CA, Uniformed). ###What’s the best ISO set for my character?!?

STOP! Before you post asking for help pimping your character PLEASE USE THE SEARCH BAR. Chances are the question has been answered a dozen or more times. Also check the character discussion threads and the character reviews thread. Lastly, getting the “optimal” set is extremely difficult and often costs millions so be prepared to have a range of acceptable options for your character and you will be much less frustrated.

###Where do I get Honor and Chaos tokens?

Honor tokens are awarded from Timeline Battles (arena) and Chaos tokens are awarded from Villain Siege (VS). Tokens are capped at 60k and will no longer accumulate.

###What characters are available from the Honor and Chaos chest?

You will receive 1-3 biometrics per 165 token chest purchased. It's based on RNG like everything else.

###Do Leadership skills, Team bonuses, and ISO bonuses work in VS and PVP modes?

Villain Siege: YES!

Timeline Battle: YES! (opponents too)

Battle World: ISO bonuses and procs only. (opponents too)

Team-Up Play (Multi Player): ISO bonuses and procs only

###How does revenge work in Timeline battle? (Setting a Bait Team)

In the defend section of Timeline Battles, you will see everyone who has gone against you. If someone has won, you can get revenge. The team players fight is your LAST used team in Timeline battle. You can “set” this by fighting your last battle with a “bait” team to get more revenges. A bait team is a team weak enough to encourage people to battle you.

###Whats the Bio limit on Story Missions?

Earn one piece Biometrics in the mission, and your daily limit will reduce by 1. Once your daily limit hits 0, you may no longer earn any more Biometrics from the stage until the daily limit is refreshed. If you earn a multiple number of Biometrics within a stage, the daily limit count will only reduce by 1.

###How do clear tickets work?

Clear tickets instantly run the mission giving you the gold, bios, etc.. But you do not get any alliance or character XP.

TIP: Make sure the team selected is all in best condition and you will get the increased gold when using clear tickets.

###How does XP work?

Character XP is very straightforward. You get a specific amount based on the level you ran for each character. There is no bonus XP if only one character needs XP. Higher levels/stages equal more XP with stage 5 rifts, dailies, and special missions awarding the most.

###How do Rank Up & Mastery tickets work?

Rank and Mastery tickets effectively rank up the star level or mastery level of the character you choose. These do not consume bios or Norn stones. These are usually obtained from a pop up sale based on your VIP level or occasionally from the shop. Simply select the ticket from your INVENTORY and choose an eligible character like this. Tickets only rank up the character one level i.e. a 5* rank up ticket only works on a 4* character.

###How do Bio and Norn stone selectors work?

Bio Selectors are received from VIP sales, comic cover completion rewards, or from the shop. Simply select from your INBOX and choose the hero you wish to receive bios for like this. NOTE: The A-Force characters, Singularity, Sister Grimm, and She-Hulk are not available with a selector at this time.

Norn stone selectors are received from package sales and misc special sales. Simply select it in your INVENTORY and choose from the 4 stones types. You will receive whatever amount the selector was good for into your inventory.

###How does Battle World work?

Each BW event has unique entry requirements and bio awards. You select a team of 5 based on these conditions and compete in a 2v2 arena. New changes allow everyone to receive rewards for playing at least one round. Rewards are received after the event ends based on your rank. If you haven’t received your reward restart the game before posting.

###What are Dimension Rifts?

Every day you can find a rift while running normal or elite missions. The rift is available for 30 minutes to you and your friends list. Dimension Rifts are only found from your Game friends, not Facebook. Rifts drops Dimension Debris for upgrading gear past lvl 9, Special gear based on the rift for custom gear slot, and comic book cover pieces for your collection. Gears table by u/spedwards

###What is comic cover collection?

Dimension rifts drop comic covers based on the stage you run and can be then combined to gather enough to complete a cover to activate a stat bonus. Currently completing a cover is extremely difficult based on drop rates. Premium covers are even more so. This post by u/NicoisLost explains and links to information on comic covers and combining them in detail. The rations and rates are still up for debate though. ###What should I spend my crystals on?

Opinions vary depending on who your favorite characters are and how much money you have to spend but here are some general guidelines.

  • Uniforms are a great investment for your crystals. Most uniforms greatly improve your character and some are essentially mandatory (uniVision).
  • DO SPEND on rare characters if you “gotta catch them all”
  • DO SPEND on team packages especially if it will rank at least one character
  • DO SPEND on energy recharges when your high shield level
  • Do not spend crystals on special mission characters that can be farmed easily
  • Do not spend crystals on energy, clear tickets, gold, D debris, temp boosts, and chests
