RIP Dave - /u/dwaxman passed away on Monday

A longterm member of r/CrohnsDisease and great man, Dave, sadly passed away two days ago.

As some of you might know, he was diagnosed with cancer only 2 weeks ago and gave an update on his situation a few days later.

He was also an active member on the official IRC channel of this subreddit. As you can all imagine, we are quite shocked because we didn't expect it to happen that fast. He died because of a pneumonia and the resulting sepsis. At one point his heart just stopped working.

As krystine said, we'll miss your humor and your witty remarks.

The next Bourbon is on you - RIP.
