Alright, so here it is. A post that I, and all of you, will hopefully be able to come back to if you aren't caught up. I will update this every day and as much as possible. Post comments in this thread if anything comes up, if I missed something, and, well, any basic things you want to say.

OFFICIAL STUFF

TAGRUATO (This is a new major lead as of January 30th.)

a (EDIT #4 part 3/3) - Some very bright users, u/liteskinnded and u/machphantom, decided it would be a good idea to email Tagruato(this was a major part of the 2007-2008 Cloverfield ARG) and pretend to be in-game. The Tagruato email account responded to both of these users at the same time. This was the response that u/liteskinnded received, and this was the response that u/machphantom received. Both responses are identical and it is unknown whether this was an automated email, or if it was an actual response from Tagruato. See more details about each separate email here and here. If you want to send an email to Tagruato and see if you can get a response, make sure to copy and paste your full email here so we can monitor what is going on.
b (EDIT #5 - a very big one - Feb. 4th) - The users who emailed Tagruato, as mentioned in EDIT #4 part 3/3, noticed that at the end of the email Tagruato showed an Employee of the Month 2016. These users who noticed this wanted to see if they could get more emails from Tagruato this month to see if the Employee of the Month had changed and whether or not the message in the email changed. While the message did not change, the Employee of the Month did. You can also see the employees of the month of the different branches of Tagruato here. It is very important that you click that link I placed in the last sentence. If you go to the page and scroll down, you see the "Bold Futura" Employee of the Month listed as "Howard Stambler". The reason this is important is because the person in the picture of Howard Stambler is JOHN GOODMAN. He is wearing a shirt that says RadioMan70. User u/dinosaurdracula thought of visiting www.radioman70.com to see if this did anything. This page redirects to www.funandprettythings.com and there are some pictures shown, one of which is the Eiffel Tower! If you click the picture of the woman with a television/computer monitor you will be asked to enter a passphrase, which is "Do you want to talk?" without the quotation marks. Once the passphrase is entered correctly, you will be taken to this message, which is a letter to "Megan" from someone claiming to be her father. In the letter the "father" tells "Megan" to revisit the site constantly so he can help prepare her. This is a message telling all of us to do the same. If you scroll down to the end of the letter you see a comment box you can type in, and if you click enter once you have typed a message to attempt to comment, it will ask if you are "Megan", and if you click yes, a question pops up saying "What was the secret gift I gave you on your 13th birthday?" I assume that once we find the answer to this question, we will be allowed to post comments on the letter to try and get a response from Megan's father (presumably Howard Stambler a.k.a. John Goodman). Right click on the actual page of the letter, not the picture, and view the page source. You will notice a cryptic message in the page source saying:

You do not belong here. Megan would never come here. I know who you are and will be tracking you.

Also not that the letters from this image, also in the series of pictures on www.funandprettythings.com, is an anagram for "Megan". Talk more about the brand new RadioMan70/Tagruato lead here. SWAMP POP (We do not know whether this has any real connection to the official ARG taking place.)

a - Appearance in the trailer. This was the drink/bottle used by MEW's character to attack John Goodman's character. It also appears in other scenes as just a drink being used, to well, drink.
b - A new option appeared on the Swamp Pop website seen above with the original slogan on the store being changed to say "You Can't Just Drink Four!" This is a reference to the Cloverfield ARG from 2007-2008. The item added to the store was a 15-year shelter supply, in reference to the bunker/shelter seen in the new trailer. The price was listed at $4813, although it is sold out. See in-depth details about this here.
c - The Swamp Pop replies on Facebook and email. Multiple people who asked Swamp Pop through Facebook and email wondering about the long-term shelter supply received cryptic responses, mostly describing trouble on the eastern seaboard and an important ingredient. See in-depth details about these responses here and here. In some of these responses, Swamp Pop asked how the weather was in the certain locations of the people asking about the shelter supply. They then tweeted a picture displaying the word HUMID, but that was quickly deleted. Talk about that here.
d - And, finally, the puzzle pieces. Multiple people thought it was a good idea to order items from the Swamp Pop website, specifically the soda flavor Satsuma Fizz. Once these people received the packages, they noticed that each order contained 3 puzzle pieces, all from the same puzzle. THE EIFFEL TOWER

a - The Eiffel Tower was seen multiple times in different places/objects throughout the trailer. Some great users were able to point this out, in this post you can see pictures of the Eiffel Tower's presence in the trailer.
b - The puzzle pieces make up the Eiffel Tower. If you want to see more details about the puzzle pieces, look at part d of the Swamp Pop lead above.

HAM RADIO LEAD (This is under heavy speculation. Read more here.)

a - A picture was tweeted by the 10 Cloverfield Lane twitter account and it appeared to be the poster for the movie. A smart user (/u/Alisamix) looked at the strings.exe and found a list of strings including this string: G5MC. This leads to a radio ham here.. On that page you see the text: Cold Elf [Rev I] which is an anagram for Cloverfield. A lot more comes after this discovery, and you can see the rest here. Thank you to u/TronVin for making that very detailed post involving these discoveries.
b (EDIT #1 - Jan. 25th) - User u/UsagiMimi noticed today (Jan. 25th) that, through the same radio ham profile used for the strings above, this picture was uploaded. It is a German letter to a "Mr. Flemingstein" or "Hr. Flemingstein" in German, from a man named Gerhard Ploecker, a minor character from the original Cloverfield movie. There is a rough translation of the letter in the comment section of this post, this is the post containing the full process of how u/UsagiMimi managed to uncover these findings.
c (EDIT #2 - Jan. 27th) - Again, thanks to u/UsagiMimi, another picture was discovered through the ham radio site's description which is beginning to change every couple of days. Each change brings a new "string" that is used to find these pictures. With the use of photoshop and another tools to change the picture's contrast, color, depth, and so on, icons were discovered to be hidden in the picture along with corresponding ratios to those icons. It is unsure what these two items(the icons and ratios) have to do with each other, so u/UsagiMimi and the other folks involved with finding these need some help. d (EDIT #3 - Jan. 28th) - Thanks to the realization by u/Phantom_Warrior we were notified that the ham radio profile has been updated once again, with the biography stating "X?NRwCQ", which is a link to an imgur picture if you replace the "?" with the correct letter, in this case that letter was V. This was the picture that was discovered after visiting the link. Discuss your thoughts on this new discovery here.
e (EDIT #4 part 1/3) - An IP Site was discovered a few days ago. When you go to the site it asks you for a code. Thousands of attempts to unlock this code have been unsuccessful, and it remains to be seen whether we will be able to unlock it or not, or if it's even possible to unlock it. However, 2 days ago, if you would have gone to http://151.80.44.69/484/ a list of 484 pictures would have been there. These were removed once discovered, but a few users were able to download the pictures. During these last two days, users have been trying to piece all the pictures together because we had a very strong feeling they all matched up to a big picture. And we were right. Users u/BronzeWolf and u/X_0rm took turns during these last 2 days including today to piece these together, and this is what they finished with. Talk more about this here.
f (EDIT #4 part 2/3) - The G5MC ham radio link has been removed. As of the last 3-5 hours it has been discovered, primarily by u/nkabrown that the callsign/ham radio site with the G5MC linked to it no longer works. This is the link and as you can see you now get a 404 error. Talk more about this here.

NUMBERS

a - Sequences involving 4, 8, 1 and 3. These were the numbers entered into the jukebox in the trailer for 10 Cloverfield Lane. These numbers also appear in Super 8, another science fiction film involving J.J. Abrams, see in-depth discussion about that here. These are also 3 of the 4 numbers used in the price-tag for the 15-year long term shelter supply on the Swamp Pop website. (EDIT #5 - Feb 4th) User u/lunacyworks found out that 4813 is a postal code for the Lavarack Barracks in Australia, a place where can you can buy jukeboxes. DEBUNKED LEADS

TheCellarMovie.com - This is for another film and not related to 10 Cloverfield Lane. If you're interested, the password is co2 (h/t u/TheRrrr42).
3-11-16.com - This appears to be a hoax website by someone taking advantage of the film's release. For now, it's debunked, but we'll keep monitoring it.

I will need your guys' help to update this as much as possible so no one feels like they are missing important information.
