That gets pretty high tier. The only reason Orks haven't taken over the galaxy yet is because they are literally too stupid to realize that they are all psykers. Give that steamy hot plotonium juice to humans, stuff gets really broken really fast.

Depends on how much juice an individual gets out of it. I believe very strongly in my ability to exploit super powers, and could very strongly convince others that I am top tier in this regard. In fact, given my Guild Wars/Secret World/DnD builds (ever heard of the 55hp monk?), I have already convinced many people of this.
If I could convince enough people of my exploitative prowess (perhaps through a viral youtube video with 100 million views?) that I became able to consciously manipulate the Gestalt field to exploit it, I could probably do some crazy shit.
Like, Pun-Pun levels of crazy. Do not underestimate min-maxers, we are scary. And should never be given super powers. Of any kind.
55hp monk?
Rather than go into a lot of detail - basically I abused a few mechanics in Guild Wars that gave your character additional power/utility at the cost of lowering their maximum HP.
I lowered that maximum HP incredibly low (55), and used a combination of spells that prevented any damage you took from exceeding 10% of your maximum HP (5) and reduced any damage you took by 5. The end result is that you would take 0 damage.
Energy +6 (Requires 5 Blood Magic)
Health -50
Energy +3 (while Enchanted)
Energy +3 (while Hexed)
Energy +5 (while Health is below 40%)

Orks are consistent, they all want to fight. I'm not sure what the human psychic field would get us.
Maybe praying to god would affect some kind of measurable change in the world? Considering how many billions of people think it does.
