Wedding Ring

Go ahead; polish your wedding ring.

Take it off for a moment, but only to clean it.

Get deep within the crevasses and chasms.

Remove the dust and dirt put there by time.

Let warm water flow over it, just enough to make it shine.

Carefully dry it and return it to its proper place.

Everything looks better with a fresh shine.

It glistens and it gleams, these also are the result of time.
