Gyms not accessible around St Paul is it a hack ???

It seems since few hours it's impossible for me to access a gym around St Paul, the game just freeze. I only see really low level pokemons like Magikarps or Sandshrew. Other people were complaining on reddit in other country. Is it a hack ? I found several post on reddit with a similar issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemongo/comments/5049id/glitched_gyms/ https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemongo/comments/503ovv/game_stuck_when_clicking_on_gyms_held_by_low_cp/

Is anyone experiencing the same glitch in London ?
