Why can't we quit out of the post-game MVP/stats screen?

Frankly I don't want to waste my time with stuff that doesn't matter, I'd prefer to get back into the queue or leave who I was playing with asap. It really breaks up my flow to be forced through it, and only makes tilt worse. You can't even use the Quit to Desktop option if you're done with the game during it because it's considered part of the match and warns you about leaver penalty if you do so. It's a neat feature, but sometimes I don't want to bother with it.

It's coming. We just ran into difficulties getting it in for the launch window and didn't want to hold up the whole feature in order to add a way to skip it.

How about you make it count for something. Like extra gold. Or Xp. Or a trophy room. Or a portrait. Cause right now it seems pretty pointless. Also, I don't think you should be able to vote for yourself. Kinds defeats the purpose, no?

If it gives any kind of extra stuff, it will be gamed and abused. It is supposed to be about some nice recognition, not a way to game the system for extra stuff. Like in Overwatch, it should not give anything extra. Nor, I think, should you be able to skip out of it.

Yeah no, stop releasing unfinished stuff. I could have waited 1 more week and maybe you could have changed HL into a SoloQ only place. What's the deal of having 2 guys stomping 5 other low ranks in placements?

Mm. I think the MVP thing is pretty nifty in general, but not being able to exit out of it without a slap to the hand (at least, in my opinion, getting hit with leaver status is a shitty punishment) seems pretty hamfisted. You should be able to leave the game the as soon as you secure the victory. Kind of baffling that it's not that way, but, maybe it's just how it has to be. So I guess I can only suggest that you can hope that it's something that can be changed, but expect that no matter how much you hate your team or the other team or how you played after a match, you're going to spend 20 seconds irritated as fuck staring at the voting results.

Though that's still not as bad as when you get steamrolled in Blackheart's Bay, and he asks you, 'Up for another round?' as you're staring at the Defeat screen. I'm not entirely sure how many times I've told Blackheart to go fuck himself, but it's a lot!

Titles for merc camps and stuff are nice, but I dont care about voting for other players.

If you did well, you probably dont need a bunch of meaningless votes to tell you what you already know.

20 seconds of garbage over thousands of games. That's a lot of time if you don't care.

A thousand games, at 20 minutes each is 20,000 minutes (or, roughly 14 days), not including wait time for matches.

A thousand MVP screens at 20 seconds is 20,000 seconds (or 5 hours). Is it really that big of a deal?

Agree, it's a complete waste imho. Not being able to exit is frustrating and already have seen nasty post game comments about how crap player xyz got there but not me..

Waste of development time, but think it's part of a matchmaking / MMR model based on individual performance that will eventually come.
