My modem is having extremely frequent (multiple times per minute) T3 timeouts according to its event log, cutting out my internet momentarily when it does so. This effectively is giving me significant packet loss in the range of 12-18%. I have already tried powercycling my modem, inspected the coaxial cable for any damage/excess splitters, and have ensured that the issue is not with my wi-fi network. I've also noticed that it is only able to lock a single upstream channel out of four (the power is listed as being at the low end of what is acceptable at 36 dBmV), while at the same time all 16 of my downstream channels are locked with very healthy power and SNR levels. I'm really hoping it's s

The last time we had a Vaal-themed league (Incursion) we got six new Vaal skills to go with it. It also came with a huge set of QoL changes for them, notably getting the base skill and the Vaal version from the same gem. Given the theme of this league, the fact that the same category of gems got significant numbers changes, and that we got multiple new uniques dealing with Vaal skills, it would have been a perfect time to introduce a few more, possibly even of one of the new skills. Just imagine what Vaal Exsanguinate could have been like!

Got an extra of this from one of the recent giveaways (was hoping for one of the better prizes), so since I can't use it I have decided to pass on the wealth. Reply to this with whatever you want and in 24 hours (7 pm PST Feb. 28th) I will pick a winner at random. Good luck!

PS: You can only claim this once per account, so if you've already gotten you also won't be able to use it like me. Please don't enter if you can't use it.

EDIT: Sorry I forgot to edit the OP, u/Noblesseshadow won the giveaway. Condolences to the rest who entered but did not win.

After watching the example video, it just looks so good. It leaves a great trail (most weapon effects do now lately) and has a fantastic hazy smoke effect on the weapon itself. I was thinking of maybe doing the good old AC + Molten Strike build, and it looks perfect for that.

I mean, my species clearly has the knowledge on how to advance from cyborgs to synths since that's what you do normally, so why can't you do it to other cyborgs? This puts you in a weird situation where completely organic pops are better to conquer because you can bring them into your glorious synthetic evolution, but pops that are already halfway are stuck and sit around complaining about food. Stupid Materialist FE pops, tempted to just console them out on principle.

As something is so very blue, what visuals (MTX or not) have you found that go well with it? I was thinking maybe the Arctic Armor MTXs for a kind of frostfire look, or maybe the Arcane Lightning Armor set now that it's freely available (the blue matches up better with the Harbinger fire) but am unwilling to try without seeing it first. WTB preview MTX on current character ability before purchasing.

Frankly I don't want to waste my time with stuff that doesn't matter, I'd prefer to get back into the queue or leave who I was playing with asap. It really breaks up my flow to be forced through it, and only makes tilt worse. You can't even use the Quit to Desktop option if you're done with the game during it because it's considered part of the match and warns you about leaver penalty if you do so. It's a neat feature, but sometimes I don't want to bother with it.

The tooltip says you gain 10% increased attack speed and critical damage each second, with Black Focus lasting for 10 x AP seconds. While the duration does scale correctly, it does not give an increasing buff each second for that duration. Instead, it always goes to 10 stacks, spaced evenly throughout the duration. Thus at 100% Ability Strength it lasts 10 seconds and you get 1 stack each second, at 200% it lasts 20 seconds and you get 1 stack every 2 seconds. While that is still a buff, that's definitely not what I thought I was getting. It reads that it should always be 1 stack a second, and thus with a 20 second duration should end up capping at 20 stacks, not 10. Makes me worried that Ab

I must not be the only one that thought it was really cool to be able to spend intel for special bonuses that lasted the entire mission at the end of the game. I think it would be pretty interesting to extend that capability to some/all missions. While it might be a bit power creep-y, it is partially balanced by the fact that your pool of intel is limited, causing this to stretch it even more.
