The 105 Deck Challenge
So, who's going to be first the madman/madwoman to construct a deck for all of the possible Partner Combinations?
Will probably get a bit samey half-way through, but it could also be a really interesting exercise in seeing how different synergies meld.
The "Partner" choice seems like a brilliant way to counter the "everyone's playing Meren for a year" thing that the Commander Product tends to produce, as it's way less likely you'll see two of the same Partner Pair at a table, by dint of sheer # of combinations.
I'm half tempted to just start doing two of them a week until Commander 2017.

The real play is to make 15 49 card decks. One for each partner. Then just mash them together as necessary.
Thats my plan, im calling it an "EDH cube"
You could probably make a 7-10 card base of mana rocks that swaps between decks as well.
Yeah I would have to select a number of dual lands for each deck so there aren't any doubles, but it would work out.
I'm not sure such a scheme exists. You also can't account for the color you aren't playing, so you have to adjust anyway.
....Just only include duels strictly in the colors of a single commander. Itd work perfectly, though you mana base may be a lot of tapped lands.
That sounds insane.
...I love it!
That sounds like a great god damn multiplayer event. Everyone gets two random partners.
Draft them.
Yea this is the better play in my opinion. I'm already planning this.
You could make a new format, where you play 2 50-card commander decks mashed together and allow up to 2 copies of a given card in the 98. Like Double Tiny Leaders, but good.
