Crunch rip rend and tear
Scream plead say a prayer
Gasp groan shudder moan
Shaky voice not my own
 

Flee take flight and run
Struggle scrap fight and stun
Trap corner and quell
Breathe a still farewell
 

As teeth nails and tongue
Affection unsung
Nibble bite and devour
To bleed feed and empower
 

Surrender succumb
Cease to be numb
Lost and found again
I can't remember when
 

I last lost myself
In the arms of another
 

The silent death of me
