[FEEDBACK REQUEST] Eyes
There exist eyes who have seen color but have been forced to live in a grayscale world.
The eyes stare at the gray until they forget what color is and start seeing shades of red, blue, green in grayscale. This is how the eyes cope.
The eyes will find a image in grayscale that is an illusion of color that lures the eyes and consequently the mind in. The eyes believe the image is pure.
The contrast of black and white strain the eyes but the eyes believe that this is natural. The eyes believe this pain is apart of art.
Its not until the eyes see a painted image with true red, blue, yellow, and green that they know what art is.
The eyes will stare deeply into the color absorbing the shades noticing the intended flows and juxtapositions that the artist painted.
The eyes will look at the gray image with disgust wondering how it could claim to be appeasing to the eye.
The eye looks at the painted image and then the mind starts painting potrates. The color inspires it to explore into art itself forcing the mind to grow.
The mind and eyes are happy.

I immediately fell in love here. I wonder what it means. My interpretation is the eyes symbolize ignorance? When they stare at the gray, they forget color. But then they start seeing shades of colors, so it can't be ignorance, right?
Or maybe the poem is about an artist who always critiques his/her own work, and is never satisfied. They always find something that's wrong in their paintings.
