Self review: The purpose of this channel is to teach easy but delicious recipes to people who do not have much cooking experience. In this episode, the audio during the stove-top segment doesn't sound too good because we had mic issues. The stove-top angle could also use work. I'd like to find a better way of shooting that segment (action cam on cooks head?); we are limited in terms of where we can put the camera, but I think something can be worked out. I'm also not entirely happy with the intro sequence. I might try to work on something new in the near future. Thank you very much for checking us out! We're constantly trying to refine this show.
