Current holdings: AMBA, AAPL, ADMP, HIIQ, OTIC, AMD, BBRY, UIS, VOO, JETS, NRZ, HRL, SPHD

Learned a LOT but still have a long ways to go. Near the bottom I Nearly considered getting out of stocks altogether but I stuck with it and it paid off. Some of my big losses were from gambling on DCTH , my first ever stock. The tech crash hurt me a lot but made back most of it. Most of my gains are from swing trading MU, ADMP, OTIC, and HIIQ and AMBA. Aug 10 is the low point on that chart at a value of $3150, so approximately up 40% since then. Working on consolidating my holdings into more stable long term stocks. Particularly interested in started a high yield dividend portfolio . Small gains really do add up :)

Consider dogs of the Dow. Since the strategy reconfigures annually, it's a nice "set it and forget it" method. I did it for my first two years. I made some money, learned how to curb my emotional impulses and learned a ton about the market.
