Pardon me, I literally had no idea of iambic Pentameter. Thanks for the unintended education as well as the feedback...

Agreed!! It speaks volumes for justice in a sense

This.
I cannot speak to it's construction, nor iambic pentameter, but as an activist, it speaks volumes to me. Thank you.

Just posted another but got removed due to low-level feedback, of which I'm undoubtedly guilty.

Don't worry. The meaning is there. I would like see more from you here!

I wrote it in a children's rhythm style but wanted the meaning to be deeper. I'll take the feedback positively...

A bit tedious to read, but I feel like It could be fun as a song, like a children's song, because of the repetition and different occupations etc. Although the rythm ( syllable counts of each line) may need some reworking to fit any melody. Just a thought.

I felt like there was a bit too much repetition and the general rhythm was hard to "feel." However the meaning of it and the conclusion was powerful, especially in the way the poem had a gradual crescendo and build up. Nice job man.

I always try to ensure that a single text doesn't mix American/Brtish unintentionally.

Totally forgot about the British/American dichotomy - keep it how you'd like to, in that case! Funnily enough I grew up in London and still catch myself spelling things the 'British' way. Have a good one man.

Thanks a lot, It's my initial trial. I'm a beginner to the degree that I learnt that anything like an iambic pentameter existed from the first comment.

I guess molds and moulds are one of the many confusions between American and British spellings for me. I neither of the two but most of my education happened in British English but I'm culturally more in tune with American due to movies and Youtube. Pardon my faux pas, you made my day!

'moulds' should be changed to 'molds.' If you're going to rhyme as you do with blade - shade - plague, it needs to be consistent throughout the poem or patterned as you see fit. That was a bit of a hiccup on my first read through. You have obviously accomplished what you set out to in the clarity of the poem's message - I'm a big fan of the sentiment. The question now is how do you create the most polished poem possible - personally, I think 'the lord feels the pain, the feels the wrath' is a bit redundant. You could also change 'when the smith molds no steel, the lord gets no blade' to 'when the smith molds no steel, the knight swings no blade'. Keep looking for small revisions like that and I think you're set. I'm a fan of this poem.

When the farmer gets nothing,
The farmer sows no seed,
When the farmer sows no seed,
The baker bakes no bread,
When the baker bakes no bread,
The folks get no food,
When the folks get no food,
The folks do no labour,
When the folks do no labour,

The smith moulds no steel,
The mason builds no wall,
The maid sweeps no floor,
The tailor sews no cloth,
The cook makes no dishes,

When the smith moulds no steel,
The Lord gets no blade,
When the mason builds no wall,
The Lord gets no shade,
When the maid sweeps no floor,
The Lord gets the plague,
When the tailor sews no cloth,
The Lord gets no coat,
When the cook makes no dishes,
The Lord gets no food,

Alone in his castle,
The Lord feels the pain,
The Lord feels the wrath,
The Lord meets his death.
