Zweischenmeter in Frankfurt

Hi guys,

I’ve arrived in Frankfurt to attend a Sprachkurs for 3 months. I am therefore looking to rent a flat for this time, but having a bit of trouble!

Can anyone recommend me places to look or point me in the right direction? I’m ideally looking for a apartment for myself (not sharing) and have a budget of around €800 per month.

I have been looking on WG - gesucht, but a lot seem to be scammers and have just checked into a room just for this week and it is utter crap.

Thanks!

It's spelled Zwischenmiete

800,-€ warm? Seach on immoscout or https://www.zwischenmiete.de/zwischenmiete,Frankfurt%20%252F%20Main.html

There is at least one dorm in frankfurt, like kolpinghaus (which is targeted for younger people, like students and apprentice). The apartments are youth hostel level WG style. I only remember they're not big, but comfortable enough. I think I remember sanitation is floor based (shared), but the kitchen is definitely shared.

But I dont know if they take short term renting or what their prices are, my co-apprentices were mum about costs.

I'd recommend the physical bulletin boards at the universities in Frankfurt. There's always a lot going on.
