The only time I got a boat off the beach was Erangel with a military island ending. My squad of 3 were under fire the entire time I tried several times to ram a UAZ into a boat. I finally manged to get it in, and we all survived.

No, but has anyone ever actually tried pushing a boat off the beach with 2 or more men on live server?
Could be this was always possible, just nobody tried. Nades can push boats, cars too. People have weight and momentum in this game. So people should do it as well.
My friends and I tried once. The boat didn't budge.
I have failed shoving boats back into the water using multiple vehicles, before (most of the time, this would work, but sometimes...).
I have tried to push boats that were only slightly banked back into the water with full squads, both on Miramar, and Erangel, to no effect.
I also have tried pushing vehicles upright with multiple people. It works, very, very rarely. Most of the time you have to shoot the correct tire, or use a grenade.
All of this happened a while ago, accross multiple patches.
