Any cheap vegetable ideas I can throw in Tupperware?

Ask ECAH

I want to cook up some cheap vegetables to put in a container because I am always hungry after lunch. What vegetables could you recommend I try? I'm thinking steamed broccoli, carrot, lentils and peas/corn?

Squash is in season, I’ve been eating a lot of roasted butternut squash and I think it’s delicious

Good suggestion. I usually chop up zucchini and squash and eat them together.

I go with steamed broccoli with lemon juice and red chilli flakes :)

Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices... Roast if desired.

try one of those stir fry frozen veggies mixes from Walmart! they changed my life and I'm pretty sure you can stream them right in the bag if that's how you like them.

Zucchini, eggplant, green peas.

Sweet potato hash (can add a green like kale or Brussels sprouts in addiction to the usual onion if you wish)
