I'm enjoying the book and I am frustrated at the same time. I must just be unintelligent but I can't keep track of who people are or what is going on, this story is complicated.

I'm not affiliated with the author of this book in any way, I bought it on a whim for kindle yesterday and I just finished it. It is seriously a great read and very concise, I encourage anyone that likes to partake in some self improvement to get a copy for kindle and have a couple reads, it is very concise and clear.

Serious question, I am asking this to better understand how to debate the point with older people that do not grasp the concept of medical and physical improvements that modern technology and a secular society provides.

What do you think the advantage are of a modern secular society that advocates scientific development and research?

I want to cook up some cheap vegetables to put in a container because I am always hungry after lunch. What vegetables could you recommend I try? I'm thinking steamed broccoli, carrot, lentils and peas/corn?

Years and years ago when people still played the original PlayStation, I got a demo disc that had this alien game on it. I remember it was a very dark world and you played as an alien going around shooting other aliens or something? There were lots of lasers and the color palette was quite dark. I read that playing brain games can help to optimize your brains performance and help you to concentrate better in day to day life and work. What exercises would you recommend and doctor have any other tips for training your brain to help you forget less, be more aware and more efficient?

I think this is a brilliant quote and I understand it wasn't said by a stoic figure, but I think the lesson here is one that we all can appreciate. I've been thinking about it a lot lately and it's really speaking to me.

I interpret it as saying that if you lie, cheat, steal, bully, abuse or take advantage, every corner you cut will lead to your own emptiness and misery.

This is truly a terrifying book and I find it so hard to fathom that people were able to descend to the cruelty that they did in past centuries, it really is shocking. I believe that poverty, lack of communication and lack of education are the main reasons that this sort of tyranny was able to the rights of human beings in the past, what would you say about this?

I notice it all the time, especially in interviews with peterson. Leftists talk about how tolerable they are and progressive, when they couldn't be anymore further from the truth. They don't let the opposing side finish their sentences, they shout over their opponent, they try to ban people from forums if they have an opposing view and take away your ability to be heard. They rewrite history and try to tell us lies about genealogy and biology to keep people divided and hateful of each other, when we should be living in peace and coexisting. They encourage and promote division amongst people and if you speak out against it, you are the racist/bigot?
