Piece popped off of Planck PCB
This is my favorite keyboard out there, but I don't seem to be having good luck with them. A piece popped off when I was putting in the switches; not sure how. piece
Can I safely attempt soldering it back in, or am I SoL?

I hawe the same thing happen to me on one of the pads. The wire leading to the pad broke off. No switch pins bent or nothing. I feel like the epoxy between the pcb and the pads are not strong enough on some places.
I emailed jack but havent got a reply yet.
It doesn't look like we're the only ones: https://www.reddit.com/r/olkb/comments/ayt5zn/planck_rev_61_hot_swap_socket_and_pads_came_off/
If you want to fix it yourself, glue it back on with some strong glue (preferably epoxy) and avoid using superglue because when you go to solder, it will release some nasty vapours. Then solder with some jumper wires. You can use the contacts for matias/alps switches because those connect to the same traces on the PCB and they will register keypresses the same.
