I seem to have someone elses inventory... anybody else experience this?

Logged in today (PC) after the patch and such, only to find that my character has a somewhat broken inventory, has lost or rest a bunch of quest steps and is just in general not how I left it when I last logged on.

Things I've noticed:

• I have lost Thorn after obtaining it last week.
• I have gained Oxygen SR3 which I have not completed the steps for.
• I no longer have a clan banner.
• I've reset progress on a bunch of quests and been put in to the middle of others (such as the forge quests/mysterious box quest which I've completed).
• I have a bunch of bounties in my inventory half done I never had before. My own bounties are mostly gone.
• Several inventory items just don't show up with descriptions.

It's... strange! I've pinged @BungieHelp but has anyone else had something similar? u/cozmo23 this any kind of known issue?

• My inventory.. much of which is wrong. Some items without icons/descriptions

I've logged out/restarted the client etc with no change upon logging back in.

Edit: Fixed with a reinstall... nothing else seemed to do the trick.
