Awesome choice, hope they ride well for you!
Hey we're twinsies! I love 'em just wish I could get fun colors of kit to make them all unique and stuff.
I bought the same skates a few days ago! So far so good and I love how they look. Happy skating
Good choice! My sister owns these ones, they're great!
Can you post about how they go? I was considering these but figured they weren't a good choice for a relatively new skater haha
I had my first roll on them today, all too brief as it was in my lunch hour! My last big wheel skates were 3x100mm PowerSlide Swells. I find these 3x110s much quicker, and they glide over bumps and rough surfaces like a dream. The extra height will take a bit of getting used to, as will the hard boot (the Swells are hybrid boot). But although it's early days I'm very happy with them.
Fantastic I'm glad you like them! Given how well they glide would you recommend them for urban skating over a standard 4x80 setup?
Unless you're lucky enough to live somewhere with nice smooth surfaces everywhere I'd always recommend bigger wheels. My city (Cardiff, Wales) has some good surfaces but mostly rough, patched-up, badly maintained surfaces of varying kinds. On my 4x80s I was severely restricted on the routes I could take. After I switched to 3x100 I was able to skate a lot more routes because the wheels could handle the surfaces, and I'm pretty sure even more routes will open up to me now on my 3x110s. Probably if I was a more skilled skater it would matter less, but being constantly tripped by crap surfaces is no fun. I switched up to bigger wheels from 80mm after skating for seven months with no problem, so unless you're a completely new skater I'd always recommend 100mm+ wheels.
