Bernie had an income of over $1MM per year the past couple years. Top 1% individual income in the US is around $450k, so he definitely qualifies.
(This doesn't in any way make him unable to voice an opinion that the 1% should pay more tax, mind you)

Ok? So if a poor person suddenly said that poor people should work harder for more reward would you agree them or immediately say "WELL YOU ARE POOR WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT MAKING MONEY. YOU WOULD BE RICH IF YOU DID. POOR PEOPLE NEED GOVT SUPPORT"
Cause that's how this comes off about Bernie. You can in fact be part of the thing you want fixed. Trump said many times he used Chinese steel and migrant workers to build his properties which earned him millions. He said he wanted to fix it. Did you trust him then?

Good point. We heard this from the billioneaires and the millioneaires time, and time again, that they were going to fix it for the working class.
