LRT Independent Certifier Sides With City on RTG's Substantial Completion Claim

Broadly, the IC agrees with the City’s opinion that RTG has not achieved Substantial Completion and agrees that additional work is required.

IC = Independent Certifier

RTG is required to provide the City and the IC with a corrective action plan within 5 business days and will need to provide a new Substantial Completion date thereafter. The timelines and updates provided at the Finance and Economic Development Committee on May 10, 2019 are still current.
