I super glued mine back on
I did as well. Hasn’t failed again since!
My first one did this. I put it back together several times before I finally got sick of it and emailed them. I sent mine in, and shortly after they sent me a brand new one with an extra ink refill and some spare o rings. 10/10 excellent customer service.
Tbh, Fisher makes good refills, not pens though.

Zebra F701 with a space pen refill is my daily carry. The full steel body of the Zebra is a lot more durable than the coated brass that Fisher uses.
Failure to launch
Tip separated from the threaded (male) complement. Less than 1year old. Carried daily. Disappointed to say the least.
OP stick to a Zebra F-301
Same happened to mine. Before it completely came apart the refill would rattle and click. Unfortunately I got rid of it before I knew about their customer service policies.
Pull the piece out and lubricate with a drop of oil on your finger rubbed around. Reassemble and enjoy
Unfortunately same happened to mine after a fall onto concrete. Was only carrying it for 3 weeks before the insert slipped out.
Yeah I'm pretty sure they have a lifetime warranty. I would contact them.
Happened to me twice with two different space pens
I’ve had two do that in a year. On the plus side they give you an extra cartridge whenever they send your replacement.
I had the same issue since I fiddle with mine all the time at work, you know screwing and unscrewing the front part. It's nothing that a tiny dab of super glue couldn't fix. I wish they made a thinner gel ink though so they would not blotch as much when writing.
The black space pen bullet is threaded so this will not happen.
I have the black as well. Much better pen.
Just ordered a new one 2 days ago. Went back and check just now and thankfully I ordered the bullet!
Everyone FSP I’ve had to date has done this
I think the company gives you a new one
Sending it in tomorrow.
