Start with the feet, because if you start with one of your hands, then you would have to stretch your arm to reach your feet. So, once you're done with the feet, begin with your off-hand and then ask a bud to nail your dominant hand.

See i like to start with the hands because then the body hangs down and i dont have to try and hold it up whilst nailing the feet, so i usually do right hand, left hand, then feet. But i know some people like to do it a certain way.
