I’m not totally sold on the actual words you put to “paper” here but I absolutely love the feeling/sense that you’re writing about. 

Your last four stanzas is where the juice really comes out but they are stunted by the preceding stanzas that feel pretty flat and don’t really get the reader anywhere. 

I would suggest that you go back and rework the beginning to better flow into the end as the end is kick ass and I think having that destination in sight would make it easier to create a more poignant beginning half. I’d consider what the feeling is you really want to convey and whether or not the beginning does anything to shine light on said feeling and - if not - trash it or rearrange it or something to that effect.

I like this a lot.  I like the way you examine the strong, deep feelings behind a "drunk text." It's a nice twist at the end when it turns into a love poem. It starts as analytical, moves into fear and dread, and ends with love. And it rings true, I believe your emotions.  And I believe the two lines you emphasized:

*We are frightened of the day / That we will miss out forever.*

I also like the phrase "A delicate acronym." I don't normally think of acronyms being delicate, but you show why they can, indeed, be delicate and full of unstated emotion.

I can picture you drunk texting FOMO to someone you love, unable to express everything you are feeling but reaching out for help anyway.  It's a vivid description.

It really is a weird poem....but weird in a good way...I like the philosophy behind this poem

A delicate acronym.

We’ve all been there   
And it’s not an easy time.

But why does this acronym  
Describing a crippling  
Debilitating feeling  
Resonate with so many of us?
