I'd like to see Jose go immediately and be replaced by Graham Potter

If he was to go he's the one I'd be thinking of ideally, I'm not sure he'd leave Brighton though.
Why is that? I'll admit I'm not too I. Touch with the guy and his history. My ears pricked up a few weeks back when Pep talked very highly of him.
Like the way he's got his team playing and hasn't needed big money signings to do it. If the one thing his systems been missing is a striker then if he came to spurs he can't get much better than Kane. Attacking football, can work well with frugal signings. Ideal for us.
In my opinion Jose has until about Christmas to make it work, as long as he's backed in the summer by which I mean a minimum of, a center back and a holding midfielder (which could be skipp if Jose thinks he's ready), there are other areas that could be improved to (right back, a creative midfielder, another center back) but they would be extras. If after mourinho brought in say skriniar and sabitzer or upamencano and bissouma etc it still isn't working then he needs to go but until then I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, and despite recent form, we're in a cup final, still in the FA cup and Europa League and still more than in the running for top 4 given how topsy turvy everyone's form has been this season.

We've won 2 out of the last 10 in the league, and you want to give him another year? Christ.
Jose needs to make it work in the next few games, or he should be sacked. He doesn't need another summer to not do worse than Sheffield United. There has been no improvement for 2 months now, it's going to have to come a lot sooner than a years time.
We're still in the FA Cup and in the League Cup final. Every team in the PL has had a bad run of games at some point this season, we will recover from this.
we've not had a run of games this bad since 2012. we've not had this few points at this stage since 2009. managers have been sacked for far less.
We're still in the FA cup by virtue of getting two of the easiest draws possible - one was literally record-breaking for the gap between the teams, and the other was against a Wycombe side that got beat 7-2 by Brentford the week after. And what's more is that we hardly set the world alight in those two games either, considering the opposition. Obviously it's better than losing either of those games, but you can't hang your hat on 'still being in the FA cup' considering the woeful standard of our performances week in week out since the end of November.

Pretty much no team that isn't relegation threatened has had a run this bad (beyond Arsenal). We've done worse than Sheffield United over the last 10 games.
I'm delighted we're in the League Cup final - but we can't hang onto Mourinho until late April (10 or 11 league games) if we keep playing like we have done for the last 2 months, in the hope that we'll beat a City team who look like they'll have no trouble with us whatsoever. It's not like Mourinho masterminded a great cup run to get us to that final either - with the exception of Chelsea, we've played 2 Championship sides and gotten a free win because of Covid.
Do you think he'll get transfer backing if we won't make top 4 or win EL? No chance. We'll be in the same place this time next year. Either something happens this season or this will be the start of our Arsenal period.
Levy last summer backed him even though he missed out on top 4, I think he knows it costs the club more in the long term to not be I the champions league than to spend a bit more on transfers

Well, if you give any manager a decent backing in the summer (center back, midfielder, right back, creative midfielder) then the results should pick up. Mourinho just has shown that he can't adapt tactically. This is what's worrying me.
Personally I'd rather Hassenhutl, we play better attacking, potter likes to build from the back which has got Brighton into trouble this season, its sort of working now because teams aren't pressing hard, I'd rather revamp the squad with players that want to press hard and attack.
I'm up for a couple of 9-0 losses.
If Potter and Hassenhutl decline just promote Nigel the kitman. Please. Please.
We have to give mourinho until the end of the season minimum. I’m not enjoying what I’m seeing, but you have to give him the chance to win a cup, win that cup final although the worst of the bunch. It’s something. It gets us into Europe regardless of where we finish which at the minute looks like just inside the top half. Then maybe pundits etc will shut up about us never winning anything, about Kane needing to leave to win something. Then we can build from there
If we pick up a cup and he gets proper summer backing ill back him for next season.
But even then if he gets starved of cash and then sacked like that's not fair either.
Tough one

Overlapping centre backs!
I’m not ready to bet it all on Potter—people like to give him credit for playing “good” football, but Brighton isn’t exactly setting the world on fire. Show us something extraordinary at Brighton, not just “better than might be expected.”
IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO REPLACES MOURINHO, AS LONG AS ENIC ARE STILL IN CHARGE, SPURS WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE SAME SHIT.
What's that? The club is unrecognisable from the one they took over. In a good way. It's just gone to shit with this appointment in my opinion. We might win a tin pot league cup but that man will leave the team in tatters
I'd rather be in the CL dealing with the disappointment of ENIC not fully backing the manager, than be in 10th with Jose and have the same thing.
So all you care about is playing in the Champions League? Even if the football is the worst this club has seen since the AVB days? You'd happily and excitedly sit down and watch us play under Mourinho in the Champions League?

How did you get that from what I said? You said that it doesn't matter who replaces Mourinho - and I disagree. A half-decent replacement would be doing far better than Mourinho, and as we're stuck with an owner who doesn't invest, I'd much rather watch us play decent football in the CL than this shite under Jose.
Ah yeah sorry, you’re right. I misread what you said but I agree with you.
I'd like to see you go and calm down immediately and replace your feelings with some better ones. ❤
I'm calm as can be
