Finland vs Denmark

Event

Hey guys,

Any chance any one knows of any outside screenings for the football tomorrow night? I understand probably not due to covid but thought I’d ask!

Edit: looks like restrictions have been changed! What are the best places to watch sport in Helsinki? I’m new here (< 3 months) so have no idea.

Cheers

this would be the play, tho I'd imagine you need to stake out a seat pretty early

I recommend the Woolshed Helsinki - Australian Gastropub. Rugby, football and/or hockey always on the TV screens and I think you can ask for a specific game (no illegal streamings).

Since the restrictions have been lifted, I might go there tomorrow if you don't want to watch the game alone =P

Thanks man! I’m Australian, so I have been there before haha. I will be there Sunday for the England game. If we can’t find anything else tomorrow, we’ll head there and I’ll send you a message and buy you a beer.

Free beer, sounds like a good plan! xD

If you like rugby, I know a club that is always open for new members. It's a great way to meet new people (they have several Australians if I'm not mistaken).

If you can read Finnish (or Google translate works), you can check up-to-date information from Futisforum (a large forum for Finnish football enthusiasts). This thread is about public screens: http://futisforum2.org/index.php?topic=248281.0

Fat Lizard in Hertsi now has a giant screen out on its roof terrace for the Euros. Space is limited so get there early.
