Hey all, hoping someone can help me out with the correct phonetic pronunciation for Taumarunui? It was my dad's birthplace and I want to make sure I get it right at his service next week.

Toe-ma-roo-noo-ee! I spent my teenage years there. Hated it while I lived there but think if it fondly now lol.

Just don't pronounce as Tam Ra Nui and it will be fine.
