Eaten
The serene ebb of colors beneath
Grey rock, white floor, blue dashes, green lines
I, suspended above by unseen pillars incasing all
Rods of yellow light scattered
Suddenly shattered by primal force
Original sin, craving indulgence
Grasping, gaping, tearing, seeking
Flesh. Meat. Blood.
A vortex of swirling brine penetrated by the hunter
Breaks the tranquil scene
For I have entered his domain, the place of requisite violence
A requiem for the weak, I have no place here
The resolved grasp upon me, I cannot escape
The glass torn from my face, a looking glass into a world not mine
I cannot see, my eyes do not belong here.
Slender limbs finding my throat, twist my head to face the dominant one
A soulless eye; gloomy, unreflecting, unfeeling
All-knowing
Underneath the red cape, a razored gateway awaits
The entrance to my final place
