Yes but the time of the person who produces it isn’t necessarily free or unlimited.
Nor are some hosting platforms free; it depends on what that is though.

Pirating content was never cool and harmless, but it was free. Also, as far as making their own, I'm not sure what you mean by that. I can only think of NFTs, but with NFT's there's nothing to pirate.

Youtubers, anyone with a fansite, people selling learning packages through social media, etc.
