Then when he's done moving he realized he had dog water options for ISP but his spot didn't have fiber laid down and gave him the EXACT same ping as he did back in Canada lmfao
I found it funny when I saw a clip on YouTube saying he completely forgot about internet during the whole finding a new place to live, but he also (iirc) tweeted he is getting fiber but takes around a month give or take to install

Funny you say that. Me and my friend had fiber in India and used to play games together. I moved to Mexico and got fiber here. My friend moved to England and has been waiting for fiber like 6 months so that we can play games together. Fiber connection really just depends on area.

I don’t understand how you can’t do an easy search for the ISP providers in the area and generally their sites allow to see if they ring fibre to the house.
For someone who moved due to ping issues for competitive gaming, I don’t see how you won’t go through great lengths to see if the house you’re moving into has fibre. Idk maybe that’s just me

Tenz is 20 years old. You have to cut the guy some slack. Finding a place and making sure it has everything you need is hard. Adults still struggle with this when looking for a place.
I always forget how young many pro players are, in both traditional sports and e-sports. Many are just a bunch of young teens and early 20 year old's still figuring out the world and learning new things every day.
And then you have veteran pros who started when they were super young, too. It's just so interesting to me.

I popped into his stream after the move and I heard him say something about the ISP lying to him about fiber being available there? Not sure what happened exactly, but that might've been part of it.
I just moved a few months ago and finding where has fiber is harder then you think. If it's an apartment complex they want the apartment number and if you forget to go incognito it saves the address as yours.
Overall it took 3-5 minutes per place just to see if they were fiber eligible. On top of actually looking up places to live it's pretty annoying.
If it's other then Verizon it might be easier
