/r/hockey Mock Draft GM nomination and prospect discussion thread
Who do you want to handle the 13th overall pick in r/hockey's mock draft, and which player would you like to see added to the Dallas Stars' system?

I have read a number of sources say this year is a below average draft class. I am not sure if that means the mid-late rounds will be bad, or if in general all talent from top to bottom is below the usual level. Assuming the later, I would not be against the stars trading their first round pick, as well as some players or prospects for a bobby ryan, or other top 6 forward, preferably a center.
I don't know that it's so much a below average year as it is deep but with hard to define drop offs. It will be hard to go wrong drafting with this years first.
