It took me endless excerpts,

It took me anxious tears.

I swear I stabbed our happiest memories,

Just to get you out of here.

It's kind of an impromptu, quick poem and I believe it can be extended with more in-depth feelings and moments. Looking for some feedbacks/critiques...
