This is beautiful.

Especially the stuff about goodbyes. I move a lot, and it's always hard saying goodbye to someone who you've grown to like. Also, I remember something said by someone that "A goodbye is secretly a plea to keep in touch, to meet again, to remember, and to all the good times." I really love this poem, it really got to me.

I like the conflict that you present in this poem. The desire to give your “last” and being unable to, and the comparison between “lasts” that are hard and “lasts” that are impossible. I also notice that your poem starts where it ends, a “last poem” that you desire to write but can’t because it won’t be last. Simple but deceptively complex.

I really like this poem because it's about farewells and I dread the days where I will have to say farewell to all my friends as they are only online friends at the moment. All in all, it depicts painful goodbyes perfectly!

The conflict between the start and end feels like an inner dialogue, knowing you can’t truly let go of whoever is on your mind. This poem captures the feeling of knowing you can’t continue but not knowing if you can move on.

Longing is a great muse. The fight with finality even more so. Thoroughly enjoyed the pain this brought about.
