I understand this feeling of being made to lash out at the wrong problems. of feeling like you had no control over what may be "could" have been altered.  I hate feeling that feeling, that hindsight is 20/20, that you only see your mistakes when you look back to something that can no longer be changed.

I like how the story moves from what seems like a story for kids to something more serious but sarcastic. I‘ve stumbled a bit when reading tho whenever one of the lines had too many or too few syllable tho, which ruined the flow of the whole poem a bit.

A chimpanzee once threw at me,

A handful of its own feces,

I turned around and tried to run,

But then I was attacked by bees.

So there I stood all stung and poopy,

Someone asked me why I was so droopy,

I turned to them with eyes of rage,

I admit; I went a bit loopy.

I'd lived my life a peaceful man,

Until that day that spoiled my plan,

Why these things happened to me,

Is something I don't understand.

Now I'm locked up in a cage,

The walls of my cell my only page,

As I write these words of woe,

And wait to die of old age.
