The first healthy crutch I have ever relied on, but with an addictive personality..it has become a drug.

A drug that has been healing.

As someone who experiences anhedonia now and then, this really struck a chord. 

I like your use of repetition to drive home the lack of comfort/pleasure of the activity the subject of the prose is doing; it really helps drive the message home.

The poem is short, but conveys your message across in a lovely way-I dig it :)

I don't know what it is that I really enjoy about the line "sitting in a room she haunts". So delicious for no reason. And yet straightforward. 

I wish there was punctuation in this poem. See: "Sitting in a room she haunts,  
Flipping channels.  
Show she loved--  
Turn the channel." To me that just even **LOOKS** better.

Also, it's lying in bed, not laying. :(

"Song that reminds you" Shouldn't it be "reminds me of you"? (But so far you've referred to the heartbreaker (lol) as She... So why did you use "you" all of a sudden?) I'd be hesitant to add a "me" because so far the poem has eschewed all pronouns that refer to the self. So... Maybe do the same thing you did in first stanza? "Song she loved" like "Show she loved." Hammer that simplicity home.

Ending the poem with the same line you began it with works so well here, in my opinion. Just wraps the poem perfectly, presses the subject home. I can touch the heartache. P
