Thank you very much for your attentive reading and kind words! I'm a bit better, writing does a good job at relieving bad feelings, I think.

I like this a lot!! There are many ways to approach this kind of thing, not all of them this skillful. I really think technically the 2 stanza approach is the way to go. Reading the first stanza one isn't sure of anything, it could be a lighthearted sci-fi romp or something, and then the 2nd punches you in the gut.

Interesting take on this! Especially how you take a psychological pressure and turn it into if its causing the physical pressure as well. Great concept and execution. Good job

In my teens    
I was 165 centimeters tall    
This march,    
I was measured again    
and was just above 162 cm.    
Then,    
last time I checked,    
I barely made it to 160 cm.


Is this pressure -    
that is constantly in my chest    
making every breath so hard    
pumping the tears to my eyes    
showing me that the unhapinness never really goes away no matter how much we work on ourselves -    
crushing my spine too?
