I took a lot of effort to boil this down to its essence, both in words and punctuation. Here's an example of a line I changed:  
Her gentle hum a sail ->  By her gentle hum

It's only one word less. I spared no expense :)

I really enjoyed the poem. The poem flowed very beautifully and the imagery was spectacular...

From the soul arose

These two lines are absolutely lovely in particular... I also love the lack of punctuation here, and makin that decision really affects the poem positively...

I don't have really any pieces of criticism for this piece...

For all the world's woes

From that river flows  
A mountain of hope  
A stream of love  
That we may cope

Along the slope   
Of a peaceful hill  
Grow visions of peace  
That dreams fulfill

The lake is stilled  
By her gentle hum  
Leaving no doubt  
Good shall overcome
