Sweet Memories (Working Title)

Poem

Note: I'm not sure what to title this one, so suggestions on that would be greatly appreciated.

My grandmother walks in the door

Bearing wonderous treats galore

Homemade sugar cookies in hand

What an afternoon we have planned

Broken legged camels, stockings, stars

Tasty blank slates that are all ours

A little icing, sprinkles too

Transform them into something new

Frosted fingers, smiling face

I cannot help but sneak a taste

Grandma sees and giggles ensue

I wash my hands and start anew

Each one colorful and unique

Our work is finally complete

Time to taste and see the reward

Sweet cookies and moments adored
