A SCUM in the party got the Abominable Gob Lobber ability, and I'm wondering what sorts of effects you impose on the target and the slightly onlookers?

ABOMINABLE GOB LOBBER

Your phlegm is viscous, lumpy, vile and ballistically accurate at short range. You can spit d2 times during a fight. Roll a dr8 Presence test for accuracy.

Targets are blinded, retching and vomiting for d4 rounds. Anyone witnessing this — friend and foe — must make a Toughness test to not also vomit. pcs test dr10 and enemies dr12.

Simply eat (much) less!

While the rules state that a character needs a gallon of water each day or risk exhaustion, the food requirements are far more lenient:

A character needs one pound of food per day and can make food last longer by subsisting on half rations. Eating half a pound of food in a day counts as half a day without food.

A character can go without food for a number of days equal to 3 + his or her constitution modifier (minimum 1). At the end of each day beyond that limit, a character automatically suffers one level of exhaustion. A normal day of eating resets the count of days without food to zero.

The last paragraph being the important one, emphasis mine. While

(FoC is the upcoming Imperial Armour, featuring Tau vs AdMec.)

Has anyone heard anything about when this is coming? It was supposed to come a long time ago, and was initially delayed because of the announcement of 8e. The last posts on the subject I've found are from January, stating that it would be released in March "at the latest" which obviously hasn't happened.

When I first found Kingdom Death, one mini caught my eye more than the others: the Storm Knight. Later I've been unable to find it anywhere on the site and no reference to it being removed either. Anyone know what has happened?

My local shop has a small tournament with 500 pint armies. There are some changes to the FOC and some limitations on what you can bring.

0-1 HQ
1-3 Troops (one can be from allied codex)
0-1 Elite
0-1 Fast Attack
0-1 Heavy Support
0-1 Extra (one extra T, E, FA OR HS)

No units with more than two wounds (exept swarms or Troops, more than 11 armour points or fortifications.

As I'm looking to play eldar, this means no special characters, no armour exept War Walkers and Vipers and no Wraith Lords.

My eldar collection is a bit thin, but I'm willing to buy a unit or two for this. I want to use my Spiritseer and at least one unit of Wraithguards/blades, but other than that
