I am on version 1.20.62 on Minecraft pc bedrock edition. I've tried deleting and reinstalling Minecraft and I can't update to 1.20.70. I've also tried going into the Microsoft store and updating the launcher but that didn't work either. I Don't know what is going on and what I should to do fix it. Any help would be truly appreciated since I am trying to play with my friends on Xbox who are on the latest version but I can't :(

My pc has started shutting down completely randomly even when no apps are open. The weird thing is that even though it "shuts down" the lights are still on and the cpu fan is still spinning. This didn't happen before I upgraded my Nvidia drivers, although even when I rolled back to a previous version the crashes still happen. I've tried everything from following youtube tutorials to reapplying thermal paste and I have no idea what to do anymore. any help would be greatly appreciated. Below there is a list of my computer parts for anyone interested.
