Is it possible/legal/ethical to invent a new term for new existing property/characteristic of a prodcut and market them as something new?

For example, in cosmetics theres products where people include bamboo charcoal in their products as a selling point. If I were to start a new brand and sell the same bamboo charcoal stuff but rename and repackage them as something new would that be possible? Say I market it as “NuCharcoal” or “BlackTechs Charcoal”. Scientifically theyre the same and to competitors in the industry they would know at a glance but to the average person it would seem new and attractive.

I just want to know if doing something like this is plausible/ethical/legal?

Okay, I'm planning on starting a brand/e-commerce shop. The thing is I understand you won't just be successful when you launch a brand, you need the customers. With me, my product isn't ready yet but it's a physical and proven item which loads of people use/will buy. I'm not worried about the product itself. However, I'm still 1-2 months off from production. I don't want to waste time during this time and want to build up an email list so I can have a small following first when I launch. However, the thing is I'm not sure how to find leads when the physical product isn't ready yet. Namely, I don't know how to sell something when I don't have pictures of it for ads/landing pages/blog/whate

Not sure if Im posting this in the right place.

So I run a business with a partner selling X. Im in charge of behind the scenes and shes in charge of sales on the front side.

We got into an arguement yesterday when she closed a deal with an decreased price aka big discount.

I was the one who did the pricing packages. So there are tiers for customers to choose from. For simplicitys sake lets just say theyre low mid and high price packages. The customer came in and say his budget which was only enough for mid at best. But was clearly only interested in the high priced package. Long story short she lowered the price for the guy and gave him the higher price package. And some free stuff al

Guys, I seen a lot of ppl hyping up the GM thats coming as a big thing in the whole GVT grand scheme of things but I for one am a bit confused.

Theres loads and loads of exchanges out there at the moment. Both decentralized and centralized. What makes a new and upcoming GM so great when there are already good and stable exchanges out there with stablized reputations? Also, with it being new and all I cant believe it wont run into some kind of hiccup or problems when it goes live which would be like cold water to the face with all this hype.

Im a believer of GVT but I just cant seem to wrap my head around this. Can any fellow good people explain their thoughts about this for me? Cheers

Hi guys,

I Love Nano as much as you guys but Ive got a question. Nano is the crypto that bitcoin was envisioned to be, imo. Fast, secure and feeless. But the thing about crypto is its volatility.

How can Nano become adopted by the masses if its so volatile? Say one day I buy something with Nano for 1k using 100 Nano then the next day Nano's price rises and it costs 80 Nano to buy the same thing for 1k. Why would businesses adopt Nano when its so volatile.

Are there future plans in place to address this issue? This is really my main concern with Nano. Everything else looks great

I know OT is a agnostic protocol and thus can be used alongside with other supply chain blockchains. But why would businesses and companies choose OT over VEN/WTC when they do similar things in tracking the items in the supply chain? What can OT do that others cant and make companies and businesses choose OT or integrate OT with other supply chain blocktechs?

Played it with a friend and found it really fun but I cant remember the name.

Its a puzzle game where the aim is to make the whole board/screen the same of a certain color. You progress by tapping areas which they then change color and if it touches areas of the same color will become one thus expanding the areas. Theres limited moves for each level in the game.

Sorry for the wierd description.
