I (21 M) have been pursuing a woman (19 F) that I met here at school, and things have been going well so far. I explained that I date to marry and I dont fuck around, and she respects that, but I keep going over the logistics in my head and something feels off.

I am about to graduate with my Bachelor's degree and join the workforce, while she is about to finish her first year at university, and considering my career path, I could go anywhere in the country, and my life could change in a second over the next 6 months. I don't know her super well, but I do have experience with dating, and I feel like they would all do the same thing once things got tough/long distance, either break up with m

I am a diamond tank main, and I climbed up to diamond one last season, but now I have found myself in diamond 4. Games are hard again, and I have been going on a few loss streaks, and I'm not sure what they are due to. I find a lot of times that I don't know what characters to pick, and I get stressed out when I pick a tank that doesn't line up with my backline, like a Mercy, for example.

Basically, I've found myself stuck in the ranked ladder, and I need some advice.

  1. How many tanks should I have in my hero pool at my rank?

  2. Should I pick my tank around my team comp, or should I pick based on the map or somewhere in between? Or should I just play who I want to play?

  3. I have fo

So I've been playing Overwatch for the past year with one of my friends from college, and we are both on the Overwatch 2 team at our university. We started out as support players, but I picked up tank because our team didn't have one. With little to no taking experience, I went from silver to diamond 1, one game away from masters in the past year, learning how the role works and trying out different characters that fit my playstyle. My friend, on the other hand, has stuck to the same hero pool and has stayed around plat.

I dont care what rank he is, he is my friend, so ill play with him regardless, but my problem lies in the mindset part of when he is playing.

He complains a lot about how

What's up everyone, me (20) and my close friend (21) Have recently downloaded street fighter 6 for our first fighting game ever. We have never touched a 2d fighting game before and have literally no experience. We had trouble getting used to the controls for classic so we both decided to go with modern for an easier approach and understanding move sets. I am playing ken and my friend is playing m bison. So we have a few questions...

  1. What would be the best things to focus on very early on?
  2. Should we stick to the modern controls for an easier time or should we start on classic
  3. If classic is the move, what would be the best way to practice out inputs?
  4. What is the best way to learn

I (21) am a senior in college in a pretty small town and I'm an athlete at this small university. I haven't thought about dating in a long time because I got really messed up from a few of my ex's about 3-4 years ago, but I'm ready to try and get myself out there. The problem is I'm pretty busy and i prefer nights in most of the time, so I don't go out to drink with my friends a lot/ in large public settings. And even when I have in the past, talking to girls never seems to go my way. I'm 6 feet tall, definitely not social awkward, I'm not the most attractive guy but I am a decent 6, and I've shot my shot with a good amount of women in these past few months and had no luck. Hi everyone, I'm 20 about to turn 21, in college, D2 student athlete, capitan of my sports team, business owner, private/team swim coach, and fit, healthy and pretty smart. Sometimes I feel like I have a lot going for me, but then I look back on my past relationships. I've been cheated on twice (both times she found a guy that she thought was better than me) and once I got broken up with because she liked someone else. All three of these relationships lasted a decent amount of time too, and I don't know why I get treated like this. After these instances, I've lowered my standards a lot because I'm fucking lonely, and I get ghosted and stood up by girl after girl. I don't know what is wrong w

tank player here, high plat low diamond, and I often play w my friends that are low plat to gold. I always seem to have a difficult time winning games because they often get diff'ed. I just played 3 games in a row where my dps that I'm queing with went negative. they don't try to change things and they often play a lot of different characters, so idk what hero pool they have/i don't know what they are doing wrong.

but one thing is common in all of the games we lose...

my friends always die first

and as a tank player I don't know what to do to prevent this. and it doesn't just happen w like a tracer or a sombra, like they always die to a ashe, a cass, a genji, literally any dps they die t

Hey everyone, diamond 5 tank player here. started playing tank like 4 months ago and ive reached diamond 5 with bouncing around tanks (without picking up ball doom or hog) I think ive final found the point in ranked where im not improving and ive decided to invest in some coaching (Spilo)

I've decided to mainly play Hazard and Sigma about 95% of the time, do you guys think i can find good success just playing these two tanks?

Hazard is just super fun to me and Sigma is more of a fallback pick because I have a 60% WR on him and I can use his kit pretty effectively. I also throw in a little rein on specific maps and possibly counter pick if my team is having a really hard time w someone on

So i have a team of about 8 people, we kinda vary in rank but its about high plat to high diamond, and we recently decided we want to make a team to try and compete. most of us play for our school so we can all play together, but over the summer we want to find tournaments to compete in. i know we can play in OWCS but does anyone have any advice on where we can start as an independent team? any tournaments or brackets that would be good for us to start at?

SO, for context, i have been playing overwatch for 7 years and I was mainly a support player. recently, about 3-4 months ago I swapped to tank to play for my college esports team. I am diamond on dps and support and I climbed to diamond 5 on tank.

I am going to start playing dps and support ONLY after the college season because of a lot of reasons and I want some feedback just to know if I am crazy or not...

  1. I get counter picked every freaking game

I'm playing winton, boom, reaper, hog, mauga, ana, etc. I play zar, boom, bastion, winston, rein, etc.

you get the point. every. freaking. game. I have to play around their whole teams cooldowns, I have to play around their positions and

Hello everyone, I am a tank player for my school esports team and I have recently found it very difficult to climb on tank. I have been playing overwatch since the game's release, but I was always a support/dps player and found the game simple. Keep my tank up, shoot the squishy characters, don't waste util, and use my kit to its fullest potential. So, when I switched to tank, I used the same ideology, pick a character like zarya or rein (because they have high self-reliability), stay in the LOS of healers, take space when possible, and don't waste resources. I have made it to plat 2 on tank, but a lot of the time, especially recently, I lose a lot of games and don't know what to do. My team

SO

whenever I solo queue, games feel super fucking easy. When I play support I go Luna and I can kill flankers super fucking fast and my heals are amazing, when I go tank I never die and I can counter ults, save my team and the works, and when I play dps I go 40 and 5 and get MVP, get constant picks, ect. I AM NOT SAYING I AM THE BEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD BY ANY MEANS, but playing by myself is easy and I can do my job, I have probably an 80% win rate this season when I solo queue. Now, when I queue with my friends, whole different story. Games feel impossible to win, and when we do win games, it feels like I gotta pull out everything in my tool kit to just win a fight. I mainly play Luna wit

Hey everyone, I am a 20-year-old college student and I'm looking for a pet, I just don't know what type to get. I am allergic to cats even though I love them, I don't think a dog would be a good idea because my roommate is allergic and I don't want something like a fish because what I am looking for is an animal I can have a bond with. I have lots of space, budget isn't an issue for me, and I grew up with hampsters, turtles, fish, and dogs so I know how to take care of all types of pets.

I don't really like reptiles (snakes/lizards freak me out) and I don't want a turtle again, so I've been thinking about possibly a ferret? I am home 99% of the time besides practices early in the morning a
